so I had this great pot of chili and my new tripod to keep it warm without being over the fire
so I sat down by myself and ate a couple bowls and waiting for a couple hours to make sure no one was showing up...who turns down free food and beer????...everyone but me it seems
That's awful that no one showed up 😒. If I lived nearby, I would not miss it. Not so much for the food, but to spend time with you. I guess people are just too busy or maybe some take friendships for granted. But hey, you had the best company of all, Yourself!
