Maybe the title should read cooking for one. It really isn’t that hard with an electric pressure cooker. Last night I put a small roast in and covered it with chopped veggies. This morning I awoke to the wafting smell of lunch so I can skip breakfast entrees and go straight for the good stuff...
The day entails some mechanical work and taking care of the livestock......again.
Next month I have a job offer on the horizon so I may be working some night shift.... the money is better....
