RAINSTORM

so I sit here in Richmond in a nice cool motel room waiting for dinner with the gang that I have never met...we will kind of spend the next 6 days together if we happen to ride at the same pace...but we will eat breakfast and dinner together 4 evenings...the miles will just fade away behind me and loom ahead of me at the same time...it will be like a big hill to the very end...when I can turn around and look back at the valley below...678 miles of it
