Ethan and Friday's

     We sat waiting for our orders an munched on pretzel sticks dipped in a cheese sauce, chatting about a hundred different things in 5 minutes. Next to the window we had a great view of the people coming and going from the mall and restaurant.
      A few more minutes goes by and I see her. Fairly tall with snug fitting jeans that accented her figure and a colorful top that I failed to take note of. She walked smartly up the parking area about three spaces then sliding her cell out of her purse she started reading a text without looking while she stepped out into the traffic lane. As lady luck was nearby there were no cars and she walked all the way across without incident...till she came to the curb which sent her sprawling to the sidewalk and left us laughing. Hope that was a good message she was reading......
